* EAR PIERCING CLIENTS: ATTN PARENTS *
Choose "TWO EAR PIERCINGS" when booking for your children who are getting one ear piercing in each ear.
Many parents are booking ONE single ear piercing by mistake, when they really are trying to book ONE in EACH EAR for their child, which is two total piercings. Please reach out if you are not sure what to choose.
Also: If your child refuses to get both ears pierced and tells me no, tries to cover their ear, pulls away, or tries to "escape" the chair - the appointment will stop there. This also applies to getting one ear piercing done and then refusing the second piercing. You will have four weeks from the session date where we will hold the sterile earring in shop for you - to return for a "second chance" appointment (you will only be charged for the reserved service time), to return and get the other ear pierced. If you and your child do not return in that time-frame - you can pick up the earring in shop or it will be mailed out to the address on file. We do not offer a credit or refund for an appointment slot that was reserved and paid for. As stated in our policies, and again here on our site - appointment time is specifically reserved for you upon booking and could have otherwise been booked by another client. BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICIES: All sales are final on all retail merchandise. All deposits and payments towards procedures and/or consultations are final. There are no refunds. Please reschedule any booked appointments within 48 hours of your session to avoid a $50 fee. Any remaining balance will be owed immediately. There are no refunds on deposits or payments for any past appointments for work completed or if you book an appointment and then change your mind. Deposit paid will be applied towards a future booking. No shows are not tolerated and you will be billed for any outstanding amount owed and a $50 no show fee. Please text or email if you would like to bring guests to your session for approval. Thank you for your courtesy and understanding. TATTOO TOUCH-UPS — PLEASE READ Tattooing is a service, and unfortunately, time and supplies aren't free. ❤️ If a complimentary touch-up/refinement session is specifically included with your tattoo, it must be completed within the timeframe provided by the artist — generally 3–4 weeks after your original appointment. This allows the tattoo to freshly heal, the scabbing/flaking to finish, and the true healed result to be evaluated before lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare, friction, and other outside factors begin affecting it. Complimentary means within the complimentary window. If you contact me 6, 8, 10, or 12+ weeks later because you weren't counting the weeks, I love you... but I can't turn the clock back. Any refinement requested outside of the provided timeframe will be considered a paid touch-up and priced according to the amount of work needed. Once you leave the studio, proper aftercare is the client's responsibility. Healing varies from person to person, and after several weeks there is simply no way for an artist to determine what may have affected the tattoo. If I provided free touch-ups every time someone decided months later that their tattoo could use a little boost, Pretty Girl Ink would very quickly become Pretty Girl Ink Nonprofit. Thank you for respecting my time, materials, and small business. 🖤 AND BECAUSE APPARENTLY THIS NEEDS A POLICY TOO... Please submit serious tattoo inquiries only. Pretty Girl Ink receives inquiries daily for tattoos, permanent cosmetics, and ear piercing, and I genuinely want to give each client the time and attention they deserve. Pretty Girl Ink does not tattoo genitalia, sexual/intimate areas, or intimate skin folds. This includes placements that are inappropriate for the studio setting or areas where I determine tattooing would be unsuitable due to healing, longevity, or professional boundaries. Yes, it's been requested. Yes, more than once. No, you really can't make this stuff up. 😂 Please don't troll, repeatedly message with inappropriate placement requests, or waste appointment/consultation time with inquiries that aren't genuine. If you're wondering whether the placement you're about to ask for falls under this policy... there's a pretty good chance it does.
