Service Description

Freckle tattooing is a manual, semi-permanent technique of hyper-realistic freckling of the face and/or neck, shoulders or chest. The freckle pattern is determined through a pre-draw in which the desired freckled effect will be drawn on your skin using a permanent makeup artist pencil. Pain during the treatment is relative, no more than the average tattoo, and a numbing topical is applied depending on the location. Keep in mind that tattooed freckles aren't permanent (semi-permanent) and because they're created using the same pigment that's used for eyebrow microblading, and other permanent makeup techniques, the ink will only stay in your skin for one to three years, with nose freckles fading the slowest due to a lack of fat in the area. Again, everyone heals differently and ink retention varies depending on the person, location etc. The recommended touch-up schedule is 4-6 weeks following initial session to perfect the look and then annually to keep your freckle tattoos looking fresh and flawless. Price is for initial services at Pretty Girl Ink. A touch up is recommended at 4-6 weeks after initial procedure and can be scheduled for up to 12 weeks after initial session. After 12 months, scheduled appointments are at "full price" service rates. All color boost rates are for clients that had their first session done with me, NOT for those coming from other artists and can be scheduled up to 12 months after initial procedure. Additional services are “full price” paid procedures after 12 months of initial procedure. Additional "color boost" sessions can also be for those who want to achieve more color or for extra perfection throughout the first year after initial procedure.
