Touch-up appointments are available exclusively for existing Pretty Girl Ink clients
Service Description
Touch-ups are for existing clients who got their original tattoo at Pretty Girl Ink. This may include reinforcing small areas of linework, color, shading or areas that healed lighter than expected. Pricing is based on the amount of work and appointment time required. If you didn't get your original work with us, then please inquire for a quote for a tattoo refresh for existing tattoos. Touchups should be done within 4-6 weeks of original tattoo session and Pretty Girl Ink has the right to price accordingly depending on how much time has lapsed between the original session. This is a special discounted rate for returning clients, for their freshly healed work in order to perfect anything that needs refinement. For Existing Pretty Girl Ink Clients Only Touch-up appointments are available for tattoos originally performed at Pretty Girl Ink. Please choose the option that best represents the amount of work needed. Mini Touch-Up — $100 For very small areas requiring minor reinforcement, including finger tattoos, tiny tattoos, small areas of pigment loss or a few lines that need to be reinforced. Standard Touch-Up — $175 For small to medium tattoos requiring multiple areas of linework, shading or color reinforcement. Additional appointment time is reserved for these sessions. Extended Touch-Up — $250 For larger or more detailed tattoos requiring more extensive reinforcement throughout multiple areas of the original tattoo. Existing Client Tattoo Refresh — Starting at $350-$450 For older Pretty Girl Ink tattoos that need an overall refresh rather than a traditional touch-up. This may include reworking linework, restoring shading or color, increasing contrast and refreshing the tattoo as a whole. Please Note: Touch-ups are intended to address normal healing and pigment loss. Significant design changes, additions, resizing or alterations are not considered touch-ups. Tattoo work originally performed by another artist is considered a rework/refresh or cover-up and must be quoted separately. Cancellation Policy
Thank you so much for choosing Pretty Girl Ink! PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME — NOT EARLY! We love enthusiasm, but early arrivals can interrupt another client’s private, one-on-one appointment. Pretty Girl Ink is an appointment-only boutique studio, and every client deserves the same privacy and uninterrupted time you’ll receive during your appointment. If you arrive early, please hang tight in your car, on our pretty pink bench outside, or browsing our small business neighbors until your scheduled time. On time = perfect. Early = car chill time. TATTOO TOUCH-UPS — PLEASE READ Tattooing is a service, and unfortunately, time and supplies aren't free. If a complimentary touch-up/refinement session is specifically included with your tattoo, it must be completed within the timeframe provided by the artist — generally 3–4 weeks after your original appointment. This allows the tattoo to freshly heal, the scabbing/flaking to finish, and the true healed result to be evaluated before lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare, friction, and other outside factors begin affecting it. Complimentary means within the complimentary window. If you contact me 6, 8, 10, or 12+ weeks later because you weren't counting the weeks, I love you... but I can't turn the clock back. Any refinement requested outside of the provided timeframe will be considered a paid touch-up and priced according to the amount of work needed. Once you leave the studio, proper aftercare is the client's responsibility. Healing varies from person to person, and after several weeks there is simply no way for an artist to determine what may have affected the tattoo. If I provided free touch-ups every time someone decided months later that their tattoo could use a little boost, Pretty Girl Ink would very quickly become Pretty Girl Ink Nonprofit. Thank you for respecting my time, materials, and small business. AND BECAUSE APPARENTLY THIS NEEDS A POLICY TOO... Please submit serious tattoo inquiries only. Pretty Girl Ink receives inquiries daily for tattoos, permanent cosmetics, and ear piercing, and I genuinely want to give each client the time and attention they deserve. Pretty Girl Ink does not tattoo genitalia, sexual/intimate areas, or intimate skin folds. This includes placements that are inappropriate for the studio setting or areas where I determine tattooing would be unsuitable due to healing, longevity, or professional boundaries. Please don't contact with inappropriate requests.
