Cancellation Policy

Pretty Girl Ink has a zero tolerance policy for "no-shows" and you will be responsible and billed for the full service amount if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your start time. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. You will be required to pay a new deposit to secure a new appointment time if you do not reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, or you have to reschedule more than once. You can reschedule one time, and as long as it's prior to 24 hours before your appointment - there will be no additional fee applied. We do not allow repetitive rescheduling as this is an appointment only shop. Spots are limited, and we need to be considerate of other clients. If you must cancel, then a new fee/payment is required to book a new appointment, however we will work with you if possible, in order to help you not lose your deposit. Tattoo clients must schedule their complimentary touchup session at the time of their original appointment that is 4 weeks from that date. It must be scheduled at the 4 week mark or it is not free. Time and materials are very costly and this is a service that most other shops do not provide. There have been too many clients scheduling "free touchups" months later and taking spots from paying clients. That will no longer be permitted. You have one complimentary touchup (if needed) at 4 weeks on existing tattoo only. Any add on work will be an additional charge. Complimentary touchup session is limited to one hour. Again, we are an appointment only boutique, therefore there are no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your continued support and choosing Pretty Girl ink!
